Matts & Lake Placid Brewery

Some of those in the know were aware of this in the spring.  Personally, I just heard about this today.  There is also a chance I heard about it then magically forgot by morning.  I don't know... I do however know that this is great news for the local brewery here in Utica.  I am proud to be a Utican today! I personally love Lake Placid s Beers.  I have said on many occasions when explaining the business that I would like to follow a similar  model as Lake Placid Pub did.  I can see UBU on draft

Yorkshire Pudding

Since my girlfriend Tracey is going to be doing much of the cooking at the pub she has recently been working out her traditional pub food recipes.  I AM SUCH A HAPPY MAN RIGHT NOW!!!!!! I get to eat all of this awesome food and of course I don't feel any regret because after all... it's in the name of the business.  Over the last week here is what I was fortunate enough to eat.
